Entering from the entrance, the open kitchen (workshop) with glass is on the left. You can see how it is being made.

When you enter the store, the fragrant scent of butter spreads and makes you feel happy.

This is a take-away shop that offers baked sweets made with carefully selected butter, colorful fresh sweets, and gift boxes that are ideal for souvenirs.

In a cake shop, baked goods are not the main thing, but at Buttery, baked goods are the main attraction. You can taste "freshly baked" financiers and canelés baked in the store's open kitchen.

The flagship product, Financier, has a rich taste that makes use of the richness and rich flavor of French fermented butter. The moment you put it in your mouth, the fragrant aroma of butter spreads, and the rich aftertaste remains after you eat it.

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the texture is unique to freshly baked bread.

In addition, they use plenty of carefully selected butters, such as using domestic fermented butter for the “Seasonal Financier”, which is made by adding hojicha to the dough and sprinkled with yuzu jam, and using Hokkaido butter for the “castella”.
