- What is your cutting policy?

Ms. Iwaki: "In a nutshell, it should be simple and high quality. Also, the most important thing is to have a cut and style that fits the customer perfectly."

Ms. Iwaki loves antiques. As she loves one-of-a-kind pieces, I felt that her passion is reflected in her hair styling as well. The time spent giving treatment is a one-of-a-kind space where she communicates with her customers. I could feel how she cherishes every encounter and moment.

What she will continue to value

- Do you find anything difficult to work in a salon that is attached to your home?

Ms. Iwaki: "My life is child-centered now, so I try not to work late. My kids are in elementary school, so they come home early. They come in through the front entrance of the salon, and customers tell me it's like watching a comedy show.

I have a personality that makes me want to work hard and respond when asked. I like to work. But I think it's important to find a balance"

– Is there anything that made you think that way?

Ms. Iwaki: “I want to continue working at the salon, so I try to make the most of my life while valuing the time I spend with my family.”

– What does “living” mean to you, Ms. Iwaki?

Ms. Iwashiro: "While working, I am also a housewife, so time with my children, time with my family, and meals are also essential. I think it is important to take care of such things that are taken for granted."

Ms. Iwaki says, "If you enjoy what you do, people like you will gather around you. Her husband's endorsement, "You always seem to be having fun."

She also continues to do hair and makeup for musicians and advertisements. The fact that she continues to work at the forefront of the industry is a testament to the fact that she has made her experience her own.
