“Obatta Betta” opened in April 2021 in Obata Ryokuchi in Moriyama Ward, Nagoya City.

Buffet style restaurant "Mameboshi"

First, let's go to the restaurant "Mameboshi".

This is a buffet-style restaurant that uses carefully selected ingredients. The name "Mameboshi" comes from the precious "Mamenashi" tree that grows in clusters in Obata Ryokuchi and the starry (hoshi) sky.

Next to the entrance, there are pesticide-free vegetables from Iwasaki Farm in Nisshin City!

The restaurant has a high ceiling and is very open!

There are 360-degree windows, so you can see the rich greenery of Obata Ryokuchi.

There are also sofa seats and round tables, so you can relax.

Terrace seats are also recommended when the weather is nice!

It is comfortable even in hot weather as it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Reed hooks are installed on the terrace seats, and it seems that there are many people with pets.

A buffet with plenty of vegetables

The buffet has plenty of vegetables! They mainly use products grown by local farmers.

Carrot dressing is "Mameboshi" original! The gentle sweetness of carrots complements the umami of the vegetables.

A chef who has experience in famous restaurants and hotels prepares the dishes, and there are a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Different dishes will appear depending on the time of day, so it's fun to see what kind of dishes you can come up with that day! Pizza appeared on the way on this day. A gentle taste that spreads the sweetness of the vegetables.

Homemade handmade tofu is also excellent! The taste of soybeans can be felt so well that it is delicious as it is without adding soy sauce.
