Ogura (red bean paste) toast, which is popular in Nagoya, is generously served with the same light cream that is not too sweet as the “Dojima roll”. The thick-sliced toast is a perfect match for the red bean paste and cream.

This is a fruit sandwich with a beautiful fruit cross section. The fluffy and soft white bread is filled with the same cream as the Dojima Roll, along with three types of fruit: strawberries, kiwis, and bananas. A new product just released in March 2019, this tart is made with lots of Yotsuboshi strawberries, a new variety registered as a variety in 2017. This strawberry is a variety that is not yet widely available in the market, so they have it delivered directly from the producer.

They are decorated with edible flowers and the beautiful visuals are intriguing. The strawberries are large and have a surprisingly sweet and rich flavor. The juices are so juicy that they overflow when you take a bite! They go perfectly with the crispy tart.

Parfait Printemps ¥1,463 (excluding Tax)

This gorgeous parfait is decorated with plenty of strawberries and berries and layered with "Dojima Roll" cream, dough, and vanilla ice cream. It is decorated with ladybug chocolates, making it a cute and very exciting menu item. This is a limited-time-only sweet, so be sure to visit the store during this season and try it for yourself.

There are 3 types of hot open sandwiches in total, and the most popular is this shrimp avocado. Others have salmon cream and chicken tomato.

The béchamel sauce, cheese, avocado, and shrimp combine to create a creamy flavor that fills the mouth on top of the stone-oven baked bread. It is also served with plenty of vegetables such as carrot rapé. It's healthy yet hearty.

The salad is also decorated with edible flowers, or "edible flowers," which look gorgeous. The taste and aroma are not peculiar, and the crisp texture is enjoyable. The edible flowers are said to change with the seasons, so it is nice to be able to experience the four seasons through the flowers.

There are also small tapioca (boba) pieces in the drink, giving it a fun texture.
