“3274” opened in March of this year in a place next to “Sobokusha” across the passage. It is a true “hideaway” restaurant, limited to one group per day and up to five people. The counter-style interior is a stylish space that you cannot imagine from the appearance of an old private house.

The cuisine they serve is a genre called innovative fusion. It is a restaurant that offers creative dishes born from free ideas, regardless of nationality or genre of cuisine.

There are three types of menu: "tasting course" (10 dishes), "middle course" (12 dishes), and "standard course" (15 dishes). In the "Menu for a certain day" listed on the homepage,

“I hope you will look forward to seeing what kind of dishes will be served,” says owner-chef Fumiaki Higashitani. They serve game dishes unique to Misugi-cho, as well as a variety of creative dishes that use plenty of home-grown vegetables, on a daily basis.

Edible flowers also have a presence in the dishes of "3274".

Fumiaki: "Wild animals actually prefer flowers to vegetables. I hope that through the dishes you will taste here, you will be exposed to the charm of flowers as food."

"3274" also adopts a "pairing drink" style that provides drinks according to each dish. You can enjoy a variety of original drinks along with your food, such as the exquisitely flavored "tomato juice" extracted from a single tomato over 24 hours, or a tea-based blend of herbs.
