On October 31, 2023, COLORS.366, a food and entertainment complex along Nayabashi and Horikawa, had its grand opening.

This is a new complex that includes six food and beverage booths called "Nayabashi FOOD Square," an open Mediterranean bistro called "MERAKI RIVERET," a radio station, and an event space.

"COLORS.366" is located along the river at Nayabashi. On the first floor, there is a food court called "Nayabashi FOOD Square" with 6 restaurants, and a studio called "SHOWROOM 366 STUDIO" which is compatible with both FM and AM radio stations.

MERAKI RIVERET's famous salad

On the second floor is "MERAKI RIVERET," where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and wine using mainly vegetables, fruits, and seafood. It can accommodate up to 100 people and hosts live performances such as theater, music, and rakugo, as well as lectures. It houses the "Nayabashi Theater", an event space that can be used for multiple purposes such as schools, and is a facility where you can enjoy food and entertainment 366 days a year.

Additionally, there is a 100 square meter water plaza adjacent to the facility where you can enjoy the water. There will be smartphone charging stations and large benches.

There is also a public space that can be used by people other than those using the facility, so you can feel free to use it as a place to relax.

A special sushi restaurant run by “Maruha Shokudo”
"Maruha Sushi Ichi"

Maruha Shokudo" in Toyohama, Minamichita Town, is known for its famous "jumbo fried prawns. Maruha Sushi Ichi" is a new business model of this famous restaurant representing the Chita Peninsula. The restaurant offers "sushi set menus (medium)" and "kaisendon (seafood bowls)" featuring seasonal local fish landed at the Toyohama fishing port, such as horse mackerel and yellowtail in summer and blowfish in winter, and a lineup of various alcoholic beverages, including Maruha's original sake that goes well with sushi.

Of course, the famous jumbo fried shrimp is also available. Although it is located in the center of Nagoya, it is a restaurant where you can fully enjoy fresh seafood caught from Ise Bay.

The ultimate “Chinese soba” made by “Josui”
"Special Chinese Soba Kawaguchi"

Josui is a popular ramen shop representing Nagoya. Our signature menu item, "Salt Ramen,'" which is made with natural ingredients, has a deep flavor and rich, powerful soup that goes perfectly with the chewy straight noodles, captivating the taste buds of ramen lovers from all over the country.

The new store run by Josui is "Special Chinese Soba Kawaguchi." Based on the concept of "Chinese noodles that are so simple that you can feel the deliciousness straight through," everything has been stripped down to create an exquisite bowl that is both refreshing and rich.

“Shizenya Seoul” is a reproduction of a Korean food stall

"Shizenya Seoul" is a new branch of Shizenya, which operates several popular restaurants such as "Shizenya Namul," a Korean tavern in Nayabashi that draws long lines, "Shizenya Kimpa," a take-out specialty restaurant in Osu, and "Shizenya Pocha," a Korean food stall in Tsurumai. The new restaurant is located along the Horikawa River, reminiscent of the Han River, a famous landmark in Seoul, Korea, and reproduces the street food bibimbap of the Gwangjang Market.

Based on barley rice and namul with 9 types of vegetables, you can enjoy unique bibimbap that you won't get tired of eating every day, such as ``Soul Bibimbap'', "Bulgogi Bibimbap", "Coriander Meat Miso Bibimbap", and "Salmon Avocado Bibimbap".

The menu also includes "Seoul Kimbap," which is hand-rolled with the least amount of rice and lots of other ingredients, "Korean Chicken," available in plain or yangnyom flavors, and a wide selection of Korean alcoholic beverages such as makgeolli, chamisul, and terra beer.

Urban cafe and stand that adults can enjoy
"CROCE & Co. NEXT"

Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture is known as the birthplace of morning breakfast. Even in such a competitive area, CROCE&Co., which is by far the most popular cafe, has opened as CROCE&Co.NEXT, which has the concept of being an "urban cafe and stand that adults can enjoy."

The menu includes not only their signature dice bread, but also popular bagels, jar salads, coffee and drinks, and even soft-serve ice cream parfaits, all of which look so good you'll want to upload them on social media.

We especially recommend the gourmet burgers. They offer specialty burgers that overturn conventional concepts, such as "Coarsely Ground Hida Beef Premium with Truffle Eggs," which uses homemade buns and patties with fragrant truffle paste, and "Smoky Bourbon BBQ," which features a fragrant barbecue sauce.

This time we introduced "COLORS.366," a newly opened complex in Nayabashi.
It can be used for various occasions such as a small drink and cafe use.

On sunny days, we recommend enjoying a drink or meal outside while looking out at the river.

Please come and visit them.
