Bistro Cafe "Remprire"

This is REMPRIRE, a bistro cafe that opened in August 2018. It is located on the right side of the street down the hill next to "Frante" in Kakuozan. Although the name of the restaurant is "bistro," it is made by a chef who trained at a famous Chinese and Western restaurant for 10 years, so the Chinese food is also excellent.

The atmosphere is simple and calm. There are 4 table seats for 2 to 4 people. One sofa seat. There was a counter seat by the window that would be nice for a single person. It was crowded with people of all ages.

The lunch menu (¥1,600 + tax) changes monthly. It comes with soup, 2 kinds of deli of the day, dessert and drink. It is also good point that there are plenty of kids' menus such as "children's set" and "children's udon".

This is "Gomoku Ankake Fried Soba".

You can choose from rice, yakisoba, or fried soba. This time, we chose the most popular dish, "fried soba". The thick noodles are entwined with a lot of ingredients, and this is delicious. It is a taste that can only be achieved by a chef who has been trained in Chinese cuisine for 10 years. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to taste such authentic Chinese food in a cafe.

This time, we introduced lunch, but at dinner time, in addition to a la carte dishes that combine the essence of Chinese and Western cuisine, they also offer alcoholic beverages such as wine and champagne from Okuizumo Winery. There is also a chef's recommended course that requires reservations, so it is also a place to spend an adult time.
