"Good Morning Hanoi" opened in November 2020 on the 12th floor of JR Gate Tower at Nagoya Station. "Good Morning Hanoi", which has its main store in Sangenjaya, Setagaya, Tokyo. The Tokai area will be the first store to open.

At first glance, the open windows with blue frames look like a cafe. What catches your eye is the cute chicken drawn on the refreshing white wall slurping noodles. I can't help but feel excited.

The motif of the bird illustration is a rooster, which seems to be related to the restaurant's name, Good Morning. Also, I am convinced that the main meat of the dish is chicken.

There are more than 20 types of noodle dishes, including Asian noodles that use pho (rice noodles), a staple of Vietnamese cuisine! In addition, there are plenty of rice dishes and side menus. It was opened with the idea of "wanting more women to enjoy themselves more casually," and the menu is not only delicious, but also colorful and stylish.

At the entrance of such a shop, you can't help but take your eyes off the dishes lined up in the showcase. And what surprised me was the size of the plate! All of them are big sizes with a diameter of 20 cm or more.

Among the pho, the restaurant's most recommended signboard menu is "Tom yum pho with rich lobster broth". The contrast between the large white plate and the shrimp-colored soup will whet your appetite.

When you first take a sip of the soup, the perfect balance of sourness and coconut milk sweetness fills your mouth. Next, the lobster stock and lemongrass and coriander scents are mixed, giving it an Asian taste at once.

The pho goes down smoothly, and the crunchiness of the bean sprouts and onions is a nice accent!

The shrimp is also crispy and filling. For those who don't like spicy food, it's not that spicy, but you can adjust it to your liking as it comes with chili peppers and limes.

Another feature of the shop is that you can customize the soup and noodles to your liking.
You can choose from nearly 20 types of bases, such as soy milk and coconut cream bases, tomato and tom yum kung bases, and 4 types of noodles.

The refreshing scent of jasmine rice and the combination of various ingredients will change the taste with each bite. You can eat it with your favorite ingredients, or you can mix it all up and eat it all at once.

With a coconut milk base containing nata de coco, tapioca, mango and strawberry fruits, you can enjoy it as if you were drinking and eating it. There is also a HOT chai for the cold season.

Other dishes on the menu include pad thai (fried noodles) and bun cha (noodles originating in Hanoi).
