Shin-suzume Honten is a dumpling shop that has been loved by the shopping street for over 50 years. The sweet and salty authentic mitarashi dango baked at the store is very popular not only with locals but also with tourists.

“Agemanbo” (200 yen) is a deep-fried Nayabashi manju wrapped in donut dough. This is also indispensable as a staple of Osu gourmet.

“Naruto Taiyaki Honpo” is a popular “Taiyaki” food place on Niomon Street in Osu. The batter and bean paste are placed on a baking mold weighing 2 kilograms each, and then it is moved over the fire floor and baked with great care over an open flame.

There are 2 types of black bean paste and Naruto Kintoki sweet potato + seasonal taiyaki. The skin is thin and crispy, and the inside is filled with red bean paste all the way to the tail.
