"Baguette" is Painsienne's most popular item. It is fermented at a low temperature for a long time to slowly bring out the flavor of the flour. Based on its master's recipe, they have developed it to Painsienne's taste. Ms. Takeno is proud of this baguette, saying she is confident that it is second to none.
"Croissant" with an irresistible crunchy texture

As good as the baguette, the croissant is a must-try when you visit Panzienne. The crunchy texture and buttery flavor are irresistible. Two types of butter are used: Yotsuba butter from Hokkaido and Chuo butter from Toyohashi, Aichi. The croissants are carefully baked to make the best use of the ingredients.
And when it's hot, "Croissant DE Ice Sand" is recommended. For croissant + ¥180, you can top it with Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream and French Verona dark chocolate!

A loaf of chewy bread made with rice koji yeast. Characterized by the gentle sweetness of yeast.
