Aqua Ignis, a comprehensive resort for healing and food in Yunoyama Onsen, Mie
Komono Town in Mie Prefecture is rich in nature, including the Gozaisho Ropeway with the Suzuka Mountains and Yunoyama Onsen. It is about an hour's drive from Nagoya and can be enjoyed on a day trip, making it a popular outing spot.
This time, we will introduce "Aqua Ignis" in Komono Town.
With an area of approximately 49,000 m2, this hot spring resort complex features Yunoyama's "healing" and "food" themes, including the 100% natural hot spring "Kataoka Onsen", an inn offering two types of lodging styles, gourmet foods and sweets prepared by top chefs, a stone oven bread store, and a strawberry picking house.

Access to Aqua Ignis
Access is about 5 minutes from Shin-Meishin Expressway "Komono IC". It's about an 8-minute walk from Yunoyama Onsen Station on the Kintetsu Yunoyama Line, so it's perfect for train trips!
There is also a convenient high-speed direct bus that takes about 1 hour each way from Nagoya Station.

100% free-flowing natural hot spring "Kataoka Onsen"
Kataoka Onsen, a 100% free-flowing natural hot spring, is one of the attractions of Aqua Ignis. You can enjoy the hot spring without adding water, heating or circulation.
The space is so stylish that you wouldn't expect it to be a hot spring facility. The works of various artists and designers are exhibited in the Aqua Ignis facility.
At the "hot spring shop" right after entering, you can get original products of Aqua Ignis and special products of Komono Town. Perfect for looking for souvenirs.

The alkaline spring water is a beauty that will leave your skin smooth and beautiful. The spring water is 100% free-flowing, so you can directly experience the natural hot spring elements and their various effects. Even the showers use hot spring water, which is a luxury.
There is also a mineral mist bath "Le Furo" in the facility.
You can refresh your body and mind by wrapping your whole body in a mist rich in over 30 kinds of high-quality natural minerals.

They also have a wide variety of baked sweets, so it's perfect for looking for souvenirs.
Italian "il-ché-cciano mie-le"
Masayuki Okuda's restaurant "il-ché-cciano mie-le" was selected as one of the 1,000 chefs in the world. You can enjoy Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients unique to Chef Okuda.
The set menu is also substantial, so it is recommended for lunch!
The freshly baked pizza is hearty, so you can enjoy it with your family.
