"Mountain" has a strong fan base, and there are even mountain terms such as "mountain climbing" to order at "Mountain," "distress" to retire without finishing what is served, and "summiting" to eat all that is served.

Mountain is located in Takigawa-cho, Showa-ku, Nagoya, a luxury residential area in Nagoya. The area is also a student town with many universities nearby.

Located a 10-minute walk from Irinaka Station on the Subway Tsurumai Line and an 8-minute walk from Yagoto Nika Station on the Subway Meijo Line. Parking space is available for up to 10 cars!

Cactus pilaf using homemade cactus and natto cactus egg spa are said to be very delicious.

Mountain was founded in 1970. Since there are many universities in the area, the restaurant served large portions of food to students at a reasonable price. In the 1980s, when the economy was in a slump, the first master wanted to create a menu that could not be found at other restaurants, so he developed a number of strange dishes, including "Amakuchi matcha ogura spaghetti". He has now created more than 300 different kinds of food!

Currently, the baton is passed on, and the shop is managed by Mr. Takahisa, the second generation, and Mr. Masashi, the third generation. The current menu was devised by Masashi, who is also a qualified registered dietician, and the spirit of Mountain has been passed down to generations.

This is the mountain! "Amakuchi Matcha Ogura Spa (spaghetti)"

First of all, “Amakuchi Matcha Kokura Spa” is synonymous with mountain. A special pasta made with matcha from Nishio, topped with fresh cream and red bean paste!

It has been a while since I saw it, but it has a stable presence. It is also instagrammable. Amakuchi Matcha Ogura Spaghetti has been popular since its establishment, and is a firm favorite among the Amakuchi (sweet) Spaghetti series.

In addition to the sweet spa series, there are various types such as sweet banana spa, sweet strawberry spa, and sweet kiwi spa. It seems that it is easy for beginners to enter here.

First bite! It has excellent destructive power. It's said to be the most difficult mountain to climb, so it's really hard to continue eating.

The next item also made a big impact! The "Atsugesho (medium)" is a French bread topped with a huge amount of fresh cream and sweet bean paste. Even though it is a half size, it is about 25 cm long. The red bean paste and whipped cream are also about 3 cm high.

When you hold it in your hand, you can see how big it is! However, when I ate it, the bread was fluffy and the sweet red bean paste was very delicious, and everyone ate it.

Mountain seems to have a lot of strange foods, but actually there are many menus that are not. However, the menu that is not large is small.

I tried to eat it using various methods, but unfortunately I couldn't finish the Amakuchi Matcha Ogura Spa. It's frustrating, but it's a disaster.

As expected, it was tough because it was the most difficult challenge. However, all other menu items were excellent!

I thought that mountain = strange food menu, but that is not the case. I could feel the owner's will to make customers happy! It was a wonderful coffee shop filled with the owner's love.

It's good to try a unique menu, and it's good to have a coffee leisurely. All of them are particular menus, so please try climbing the "Mountain".
