Mr. Sato: "That's right. I was looking for a place with big windows facing the road, and I came across this place. While I was visiting various countries for cooking training, I was particularly attracted to the cafe culture of Australia and New Zealand.

It's a town by the sea, and it feels like time is slowly passing by. In Australia's coffee culture, the shops are open from around 6:00 in the morning, and neighbors come to buy coffee in their pajamas. Like before work or when walking the dog. I wanted to create a cafe with that kind of atmosphere. "

– It would be nice to have a cafe where you can casually stop by! Are you particular about the interior design as well?

Mr. Sato: "I wanted to create a store that doesn't have to be so intimidating. You can casually stop by even with just a cup of coffee. People from outside will be drawn to the muffins on the counter.

The interior is scattered here and there, and the number of seats is reduced to create a relaxing space. Also, all the chairs are antiques, and I chose them one by one. I hope you find a chair you like.

Mr. Sato:"It's our logo. It's an image of the sun and sunflowers. It's cute, isn't it? I've been drawing this picture since I was a student, and I've always wanted to use it for my shop."
