The bakery cafe “NONOJI” opened in July 2022 near Kagoda Park. We will introduce the bread, the inside of the store and more!

A place that has been renovated and reborn

"NONOJI" is located on the 1st floor of the NTT West Okazaki Building, located about a 5-minute walk from Meitetsu "Higashi Okazaki Station". It was born in an area of interest, close to the much-talked-about spot "Kagoda Park".

The concept is to create opportunities for a fulfilling life. “NONOJI” opened on July 22, 2022 in a corner of the facility called NEKKO OKAZAKI.

Inside the facility, there are 3 stores: "NONOJI", "Hasta manana" which handles various domestic and foreign craft beers, and "HATSUMEI-do" where you can experience active learning and 3D printers.

The facility is operated by Panadome Co., Ltd., which mainly operates a pharmacy business and a welfare and nursing care business in Okazaki City.

This place was originally an empty house. They renovated the first floor of a 9-story building built 57 years ago. When you open the door, you will be greeted by a bright atmosphere with impressive large windows. The ceiling remains mostly the same. You will be thrilled by the stylish atmosphere.

Introducing NONOJI's recommended bread

The bread "NONOJI" is right next to the entrance. Freshly baked bread is lined up every day. It seems that freshly baked bread is lined up around 10 o'clock every morning, so this is the time to go.

You can also see the kitchen, so the aroma of bread spreads throughout the store. A lot of bread is lined up and it looks delicious! "NONOJI" breads are all made by hand, from weighing the flour to baking, all done in-house. Bread that is gentle on the body and mind is attractive when you eat it.

From here, we will introduce the bread recommended by "NONOJI". First of all, the most popular "homemade peanut butter salt bread (160 yen)". A dish that combines our popular salted bread with homemade peanut butter. The rich taste of peanuts and the saltiness of the salt bread match well.

The standard "salt bread (140 yen)". Fragrantly baked salted bread with the aroma of butter. The fluffy and moist texture is irresistible. It seems that there are many repeaters who buy several.

This is "Tokachi Koshian no Yamagata Anpan (180 yen)". Hokkaido strained bean paste is tightly packed in a mountain shape in a thinly stretched sweet dough. Anpan lovers will love it!

Recommended "Morning Egg (220 yen)". An irresistible combination of eggs, ham, and mayonnaise. Accented with black pepper.

"Baked curry bread (260 yen)". Characterized by a curry packed with the flavor of slow-simmered beef. It is a dish wrapped in crispy dough.

In addition, they have a wide range of lineups such as hard campagnes and sweet fruit Danishes.

Introducing the cafe menu

"NONOJI" also has a full cafe menu. The specialty coffee is available from espresso to caffe latte and Americano. You can enjoy fragrant coffee to your heart's content.

Drinks are also substantial. This is "Craft Cola (680 yen)". You can enjoy original craft cola that fuses spices and fruits. With a light taste, even craft cola beginners can easily enjoy it.

"Iced cafe latte (580 yen)" is also recommended.

Plenty of cheese and bacon on fragrant toasted bread go great together.

Stylish antique furniture and a highly functional interior

There is a cafe corner for eat-in at the back of the bakery. It features antique furniture.

The picturesque atmosphere will make you want to take pictures!

There are various types of chairs, and each one is unique and lovely!

Dried flowers are decorated and there are lots of greenery, so it's comfortable.

There is also a cafe space with an outlet in the back of the store. It is very convenient because you can work while enjoying drinks and bread.

Bread is a part of our daily lives. The person in charge said, "Because it is something familiar to us, we are particular about the ingredients and want to deliver simple and tasty products. There is also a rental space in the back of the store that can be used for various occasions. It is also a good place to stop by on your days off while playing at Kagota Park.
