Work has finally started!
After selecting the materials, it's finally time to attach the glass to the base glass.
First, arrange the glass on the pattern paper and decide on the design.
Once the design is decided, apply adhesive for glass and stick it on. At this time, apply firmly so that the glass adheres evenly.
This process of attaching the glass is unexpectedly difficult! At first, it is a bit awkward, but you will get used to it little by little.
One design was completed like this. It's a lot of fun because you can be absorbed in it silently. We will continue to paste it.
I've decided on the design, but should I put glass here as well? Gradually, I became more and more creative.
In the end, we ended up ignoring the design we decided on at the beginning (laughs).
Complete with beads!
Once the design is complete, it's time for the final touches. Spread the beads all over. You can also choose the color of the beads that you like.
Beads are cute even if you mix colors like this!
However, if you mix too much, it will be difficult to put it back later, so let's mix it while taking an appropriate amount.
Once the beads are selected, reapply glue to the gaps. At this time, the point is to stick the beads firmly so that they do not come off!
After placing the beads, use a cloth to flatten the surface. This task is the hardest! As the staff said, it was quite a struggle (laughs).
After about 3 hours of work, it was finally completed! We have never been so absorbed in working on something like this, so we were able to return to our childhood and enjoy it. We feel a great sense of accomplishment!
Once the base of the lamp is completed, we will leave it in the store for a while to have the gaps coated. The delivery will be in about 2 weeks and we can't wait to see it completed.
The original Turkish lamp is completed!
Two weeks later, each lamp was completed! WE think they turned out quite nice. The staff members were very attentive to our needs, even if we were new to the project.
We rarely work this hard in our daily life, so it was both fun and a stress reliever. No wonder so many people are repeat customers. I also think that people become more attached than usual to things they have made themselves.
You can feel free to experience it while traveling or shopping, so please come and visit them.
