Menu centered on specialty homemade bread

The menu consists of a food menu and sweets centered on homemade bread of the finest quality. Drinks, mainly coffee and tea, and a seasonal menu are available.

The one-plate brunch menu with homemade bread, salad, and deli is also popular, with a limited time brunch from 10:00 to 14:00, plus an order of one drink.

Homemade bread

There are a total of five types of brunch items available, including Monte Cristo sandwich, hot dogs, ciabatta sandwiches, banana bread, and bagels, all made with domestic wheat bread baked in the restaurant. The daily and weekly menus are posted on the blackboard inside the restaurant.

Monte Cristo sandwich Brunch ¥1,000

The bread is a loaf of bread specially made for Monte Cristo sandwich.

The sweet bread soaked in a special dough to pour (egg liquid), the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the honey, and the topping of black pepper are calculated to create an exquisite balance.

In particular, many kinds of cheese are blended and baked.
Enjoy the texture of rich Gouda cheese and stretchy mozzarella cheese, combined with the acidity of granapadano and cream cheese, which is a must for cheese lovers in any case. And it's great that there are plenty of vegetables.

This is a great brunch with a choice of fillings from the menu, such as ham and cream cheese, jam and cream cheese, etc. inside the bagel. This is also a light brunch with a mini salad and deli items.
