Standard Sweets

Mori cafe pudding 380 yen

Mori cafe pudding topped with a cute little whipped cream. The pudding is slowly steamed at a low temperature and is not too soft, and the homemade caramel sauce has a gentle sweetness and a slightly bittersweet taste that you can feel as soon as you put it in your mouth.

The pudding and coffee bowl I was served that day was custom-made with Ms. Morita's taste shining through. The caramel arcs beautifully around the pudding. Don't miss the cute logo that appears in the center after you finish eating.

Seasonal Sweets

The seasonal sweets, Bavarois are made with two layers of gelée and Bavarois, and are popular because they can only be enjoyed when white peaches and grapes are in season. Limited to Fridays and Saturdays.

You can taste peaches from farmers in Kasugai City and Komaki City from around the end of June.

The coffee beans are produced in Costa Rica's Pastora farm, and the beans are changed according to the season.

Original blend tea delivered from tea specialty store "Tea house Sima" in Komaki

Standard tea hot/ice

Original blend black tea. It has a deep and soothing taste.

We also recommend the refreshing breeze with fresh apples and herbs, and the hot tree with dried lemon.

Antarctic cream soda 630 yen

The Antarctic cream soda, which is a summer-only menu, has ice cream floating in a cool blue cider that is inspired by Antarctica. The penguin sitting on top of the iceberg is also cute.

Seasonal menu items such as rich iced matcha soymilk latte and strawberry milk are also available.
