Ms. Nakamura: "My family is self-employed, and perhaps because I watched my father work from a young age, I have thought since I can remember that one day I would like to do something on my own and open my own store.

I liked the restaurant business, customer service, and interacting with people, so I always thought that a cafe would be a good place to start a business. And this spring, the long-awaited opening of 'Mumumu'. One goal has been achieved. "

– Do you have a store concept? Also, where did the name of the shop come from?

Ms. Nakamura: "The concept is 'retro and nostalgic. Mumumu is filled with my 'likes'. I love retro and nostalgic items, both domestic and foreign, and have been collecting them since I was a child. I have displayed many of my favorite collections in my store. Recently, I have been receiving more and more cute retro goods and accessories from customers and friends. It makes me very happy.

I am often asked about the origin of the name of the restaurant. Actually, I have three dogs, each named "Nemu, Ramu, and Mumu". As some of you may have already noticed, I put three "Mu" in the names of my dogs and named it!

Ms. Nakamura said that she is most happy when the people who come to visit him are happy. If you have a request such as "I want to eat this", you can also incorporate it into the lunch menu "Daily Set Meal"!

The special hamburger steak made by such a hamburger lover uses coarsely ground beef instead of minced meat so that you can enjoy the meaty texture.
