The much talked about coffee shop has finally opened its first store in Nagoya! It's called "Blue Bottle Coffee Nagoya Sakae Cafe".

In 2022, Blue Bottle Coffee opened a "Blue Bottle Coffee Truck" in the Sakae area, which became so popular that people had to wait in line. Many fans may have been waiting for the opening of a store here in the Chubu region.

Opened on the first floor of the Chunichi Building! The stylish atmosphere can be felt even from the outside.

The very popular Blue Bottle Coffee will open on the first floor of the Chunichi Building, a new landmark tower in Sakae, Nagoya, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024!

This time, we will introduce the charm of Blue Bottle Coffee Nagoya Sakae Cafe.

A stylish and comfortable space

The interior of the store is spacious with high ceilings.

There are also sofa seats where you can relax.

The spatial design of the Nagoya Sakae Cafe was handled by the Ashizawa Keiji Architects, who also designed the Blue Bottle Coffee Shibuya Cafe.

Based on the concept of "Authentic & Cute," the space has been designed to be modern and sophisticated, yet with gentle colors and a warm feel.

The restaurant is equipped with 67 seats, including sofa seats for relaxing, counter seats for casual sitting, and large round tables for families to enjoy.

It is a cozy café where people can take a break and relax, whether they are alone or in a group, and spend their free time in their own way.

The walls are made of original tiles produced at Mino-yaki by Oribe Seito, a tile manufacturer in Gifu Prefecture. Each tile is handmade by craftsmen who carefully glaze them one by one. These original tiles create a warm, elegant, and lovely space.

The bottle logo of "BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE" was made by "Juzan", a manufacturer of tableware and tiles in Gifu Prefecture. The Nagoya Sakae Cafe is the first to have a bottle logo made of pottery. The tableware served at the cafe is also made by "Juzan".

It is a delight for locals to see things made in the Tokai region being part of the space.
