Access to Chikudouen

Chikudouen is located in Seto City, Aichi. It is located about an hour by car from Nagoya. There is a parking lot in front of the store, so you can come to the store with peace of mind.

●About 20 minutes by taxi from Kozoji Station (JR Chuo Main Line)
●From Owari Seto Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), take a bus bound for Shinano and get off at Baba (5 minutes walk)

This time, we actually selected children's tableware at the factory shop.

Ms. Kamei and her daughter will be doing the shopping for you. Today, her older sister Kono-chan will choose her own bowl and her younger sister Chi-chan's bowl.

When I arrived at the store, the staff greeted me.

You can feel free to visit our factory shop any time from Monday to Saturday (9:00 to 17:00)! If you have decided on a certain product, you can make the purchase smoothly by making a reservation in advance.

All products are displayed in the factory shop, so you can try out the textures with your hands.

The image of a product can change unexpectedly between a photograph and the actual product. Even if they have made a decision in advance after checking the online store, many people change their minds after hearing an explanation of the product features and actually touching the product.

First, we decide on the vessel for the younger sister, Chi-chan.

“This is so cute!!” Kono-chan immediately decided.
“I think pink would be a good color,” she said, as expected from a big sister.

Next, Kono-chan chooses her own bowl.
She fell in love at first sight and said, "This puffy heart is so cute!"

"This is definitely the best!" She was so happy when she held the bowl.

The product has arrived!

The product arrived safely a few days after purchase! We contacted Kono-chan family and asked them how things were going.

First, take a commemorative photo before opening!
They were all grinning as they held the products with their names written on them.

When she opened the wrapping paper, she was overjoyed to see the bowl with her name written on it!
They both have very nice smiles.

"When the utensils arrive, I'll have mom make the curry!" As Kono-chan said, she had curry for lunch that day. They were more excited than usual, and both of them finished the meal in one go.

This time, I asked Chikudouen to have a children's plate and name engraved.
There were a lot of cute tableware lined up in the factory shop, and my daughter and I were so excited that we couldn't decide, but we decided on "manners," which is pink and has puffy hearts, which she love, and "totte," which is from a different series for her younger sister.

As it is a tableware that teaches manners, I actually tried using it and found that it is easy to hold because there are indentations on both sides of the plate so you can place your hands on it, and it is also easy to tell children that you should hold this part.

The plate partitions are deep so it doesn't spill easily and it's easy to scoop, so she was able to eat well! I felt that a lot of consideration was put into the cup, such as the uneven handle to make it less slippery.

It's also dishwasher and microwave safe, which was very helpful to me!
