Lunch at Oribe-tei with wonderful works
And the charm of Oribetei is the delicious lunch! Here is the lunch menu.

Shino bento. Since it is a lunch box, it has a lid.
Open the lid and you'll find a delicious dish! Rice is free for refills!
This is Oribe Zen. Lots of side dishes. All of them are delicious and makes me eat a lot.
Today's dessert is yogurt bavarois with maple ice cream and apple compote.
Roselle jam (homemade!) is just the right amount after a meal. Before you know it, it's gone, so you should taste it well when you eat it.
Desserts and drinks are also included. The coffee cup is made by Kim Hono.
These bowls are also made by Kim Hono. They contain lemons grown by Mr. Oshima.
Inside Oribe-tei where you can meet various works
Some of the works are on permanent display in the store.
Entering the entrance, the artwork displayed above the entrance is by Minako Noda. It welcomes you cheerfully.
The work displayed above the entrance on the opposite side is by Jiro Izuhara. It sends us off with a "Thank you, come again."
The red cloth at the top is the work of Satoru Shoji. It was commissioned from the design stage, and is truly a work for Oribe-tei.
Jun Kawaguchi is also showing his work in the exhibition "Oribe-tei 35th Anniversary Commemorative Project, One of My Pieces: Connecting Original Landscapes," which is currently being held at Oribe-tei through December 31.
