"GLITCH COFFEE@9h NAGOYA" that spreads Japanese coffee culture to the world

"GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS" is a popular specialty coffee shop in Jimbocho, Tokyo, where the cafe culture is rooted. Following the two stores in Tokyo, GLITCH COFFEE@9h NAGOYA, the first store outside of Tokyo, has opened on the first floor of Nine Hours Nagoya Station.

The collaboration with nine hours is the second store following Akasaka "GLITCH COFFEE BREWED@9h". While the Akasaka store is a stand that specializes in hand drip coffee, the Nagoya store is a full-line store that also has an espresso machine.

A valuable cup for a limited time.

GLITCH COFFEE

“GLITCH COFFEE” was launched by Mr. Kiyokazu Suzuki, who trained under world barista champion Paul Bassett. Since then, it has been loved by coffee lovers all over the country as a shop that drives the specialty coffee scene in Tokyo.

The concept is "a valuable cup for a limited time". In order to convey the original character of coffee beans, they are particular about all processes such as the selection of production areas, varieties, and farms, as well as roasting and extraction methods.

According to each personality

GLITCH COFFEE

GLITCH COFFEE does not have blended coffee. In order to maximize the charm of the beans by emphasizing the origin of the beans and the individuality of the beans. All can be brewed with single origin coffee.

By using single coffee beans without blending, you can directly taste the individuality of each variety and land climate like wine. In addition, by lightly roasting single-origin coffee, it is possible to understand the differences in taste from each production area, as well as subtle differences from farm to farm.

GLITCH COFFEE

There are 6 to 10 types of coffee beans available, from auction winning beans to general specialty coffee beans. What they have in common is that all coffee beans have their place of origin, farm, and refining method written on them. We recommend asking the staff, "What kind of beans are these?"

Of course you can also purchase coffee beans.

Drip packs that make great gifts and soba cups with coffee are also recommended as souvenirs.

coffee

When ordered, each cup of coffee is carefully brewed in front of you. You can also order individual coffees, but this time we decided to have the "3TYPES COFFEE" which allows you to compare three types of coffees.

* There is also "2TYPES COFFEE" where you can compare two types of coffees.

The coffee maker is also very cool! It is from a brand called "GINA" and is linked to an app that tells it how to brew the coffee according to the beans. The design is so beautiful that it makes you want to display it.
