Satomi was a bartender at Sangenjaya in Tokyo. She met her husband at the restaurant, and after marriage they continued to respect and cooperate with each other in what they both wanted to do. When Satomi had a baby, they decided to move to Mie Prefecture, where her parents lived.

Satoshi, a native of Tokyo, wanted to move to Mie Prefecture and chose this location in the mountains. He has been baking bread both in Tokyo and after moving to Mie. Satomi, who knows Satoshi's hard work, says that she is most pleased when she hears "The bread is delicious!" from the customer.

Mr. Satoshi told me, "I have a favorite scenery." When we were driving, the view suddenly opens up. The panoramic view of the mountains that suddenly opens up. This view is one of the reasons why we chose this land.

Satomi-san stands at the counter, smiling, yet exuding an air of dignity. It is understandable that she used to be a bartender. She joined the restaurant to learn how to cook, but the owner at the time pulled me aside and said, "You should be out in the open".

The Herb Cordial, which Satomi-san recommended, has a mature appearance like a cocktail. The refreshing sweetness and mountain air will make your heart feel lighter.
