D&DEPARTMENT MIE by VISON
D&DEPARTMENT PROJECT, with the theme of "long-life design," is a project to review the "character" of each region through sales of goods, restaurants, publications, and sightseeing, while establishing a base in each of the 47 prefectures of Japan. D&DEPARTMENT MIE by VISON" has made its first appearance in Mie Prefecture.
It is a shop where you can meet “long-lasting, local-like designs” selected from Mie prefecture and all over the country.
There are plenty of products that are perfect as souvenirs from Mie Prefecture, such as Yunohana Senbei and Katsuobushi (bonito flakes).
At the café stand attached to the shop, you can taste Mie Dorayaki "d Dora". Two types of grainy bean paste and hojicha bean paste is prepared. This dorayaki is hand-baked one by one in the store using local eggs, wheat, honey, and rapeseed oil.
I actually tried the Hojicha-an, but the aroma of the tea is rich, and it goes well with the fluffy dough! Recommended for taking a break during a walk.
