For first timers! "Kitano Kaori"

Kitano Kaori (280 yen)
When visiting a restaurant for the first time, the basic rule is to try the standard item first. As the name suggests, this bread is made with Kitano Kaori wheat from Hokkaido.


Does it look hard? I thought, but it's moist and soft. Even my mother, who is in her 60s, liked it, saying, “You can cut it and eat it as it is!”
Autumn to Spring Fun "Collation"

Coracion (300 yen)
Bread with seasonal flavors in the classic "Kitano Kaori". Chestnuts are scattered on the sweet dough of coconut milk.

"Collation" is French for "between meals". It's perfect for a snack and has a heavy weight, so personally, this is number one.
Everyone's favorite croissant

Croissant (220 yen)
A beautiful croissant that you will want to eat carefully.

Even though the dough is light and crunchy, the flavor of butter is impressive. It seems that it will be appreciated even if it is a souvenir.
Discerning meal bread "Bacon Epi"

Koganei's children's favorites are here.

They use bacon produced by “Henjin Mokko”, a salami and sausage workshop on Sado Island. The slightly smoked bacon will increase the taste as you chew.
"Orange and cream cheese" "Anno-imo scone"

Cream cheese is IN in the middle of the carrot & orange dough. "Orange and cream cheese" is also recommended for small children.
“Anno-imo scones” with Earl Gray and mascarpone scents unique to autumn. Enjoy the flavors that change with the seasons.

A baguette with the name of the shop as it is. You can eat it as it is, or if you put your favorite ingredients on it.
Tips for eating deliciously at home

The day after the interview was just a holiday. I also had a leisurely breakfast with my family.
According to Ms. Koganei, if you heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute in the transparent bag, it will become soft. If you want to make it crispy, you can also use the oven if you like. If you can't eat it right away, you can freeze it too.
