[Hisaya-odori] Ramen with Dry-cured Ham and Fromage? "Ougon no Shio-Ramen Due Italian"

On August 10, 2021,“ Ougon no Shio-Ramen Due Italian ”opened in “RAYARD Hisaya-odori Park” in Sakae no Hisaya Odori Park in Naka Ward, Nagoya City.

The popular ramen shop, which has its main store in Ichigaya, Tokyo and has been listed in the Michelin Guide for three years in a row, has opened its first store in Nagoya.

This restaurant has been getting a lot of attention for its cured ham fromage ramen noodles made by an Italian chef. Editorial Team went there as soon as we could!

“Ougon no Shio-Ramen Due Italian” opened on the 2nd floor of “ZONE 4”, an area just south of the TV tower in “Hisaya-odori Park”. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.

It looks like a cafe or restaurant.

Jazz and classical music played in the store, and the staff, who looked like an Italian restaurant clerk, kindly guided us.

Purchase a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine and go to your seat.

Drinks are self-service. You can choose from 5 types of water: cold water, room temperature water, lemon water, jasmine tea, and rooibos tea. I'm happy to have rooibos tea and lemon water!

In the counter drawer, chopsticks, astragalus, pepper mills, etc. were set. There is a toothpick in the lip-like case on the left side of the photo!

There is also a nice hospitality that there is also a paper apron.

Rich cheese melts!

On this day, I had the signboard menu "Ramen Nama-Ham Fromage". Gorgonzola-infused cream cheese is generously topped in a golden soup. Thinly sliced prosciutto is also served on the outside of the unique oval-shaped bowl.

First, without melting the cheese, take a sip of the golden soup.

It has a smooth texture and an elegant taste. It seems that the flavor of kombu and scallops is enhanced with the chicken base. It will permeate your body.

The noodles are smooth.

The cheese will gradually melt at the temperature of the soup. Instead of mixing it into the soup, you can mix it with the noodles.

The cheese is thicker than you can imagine, and it's exquisite. It's like ramen, like pasta, it's a new sensation of ramen.

The saltiness of the procciutto is the accent.

A touch of black pepper adds even more depth.

I tried topping with a flavored egg. The taste is firmly soaked in the inside, and this is also excellent.

The final treat is cheese risotto

"Ramen raw ham fromage". Comes with "Bijin Genmai Gohan" for risotto for free. You can make the leftover soup into cheese risotto! This makes me happy...

Pour plenty of soup with melted cheese. By making it a risotto, you can fully enjoy the soup.

Just like the concept of the restaurant, "a full course in one dish", the chicken soup was light at first, and the cheese gradually melted to give it a rich taste.

There are many other new sensations of ramen!

In addition to the "Ramen Nama-Ham Fromage," the "Lemon Ramen," which is said to be the most "sour" ramen in Japan, "Beef Sirloin Hayashi Soba," "Foie Gras Miso Ramen," "Holy Night White Ramen," and many others that you have never seen anywhere else! The menu also includes "Lemon Ramen," which is said to be the best "Sour Soba Ramen!

There was also a half-size "cup ramen" that can be taken out.

Please try a new type of ramen at "Ougon no Shio-Ramen Dueitalian''.
