Before going to the course, you will first receive a lecture at the briefing site (practice course). The main principle of Forest Adventure is [protect your own safety]. Even if you get scared and can't move on the course, unless it's an injury or an accident, basically you won't be rescued. Learn how to protect yourself!

The course is followed by using two tools attached to the harness, a "pulley" and a "carabiner".

Each course is cable-lined, and there is a fitting like this at the entrance. Insert the pulley here to start.

Hook a carabiner on a pulley when moving between scaffoldings called platforms. It acts as a lifeline.

Mr. Tanaka was moving along smoothly, but when it came time for us to try our hand, we struggled with the metal fittings we were using for the first time... Can we really master it?
