"Kaori no Niwa" to enjoy fragrance
"Kaori no Niwa" is where you can enjoy the scent of flowers, leaves, and fruits, mainly Japanese and Western herbs and fruit trees. The scent of herbs was drifting softly.
It smells like lemon! We were taught that it was lemon balm. The fragrance was so fresh that it was almost like the scent of a real lemon.
Monet's Pond in Konan? ! "Sora no Niwa (Reflection Pond)"
There are colorful water lilies in and around the Sora no Niwa (Reflection Pond) at the far end of the facility. The locals call it "Monet's Pond in Konan?" and it's loved by them. The exhibition period is from mid-July to around September.
Children can enjoy it too! "Kodomo no Niwa"
A full lap around the park is finally coming to an end.
On the left side of the entrance, there is a "Kodomo no Niwa" with playground equipment for children aged 3 to 12 years old. The large athletics are especially popular, and in the evening there are many children who say, "I don't want to go home yet."
Cycling with everyone on a sunny day!
Bicycles can be rented as part of the "Kiso River Cycling Tour." There is a cycling road along the Kiso River where the Flower Park Konan is located, connecting Ichinomiya to Fuso. There are plenty of bicycles for children, so families can enjoy cycling together!

Lots of seasonal events!
Flower Park Konan holds many seasonal events such as the Spring Garden Party, Summer Garden Party, and Cherry Blossom Festival. On the day we visited, an "Autumn Garden Party'' was held, and the park was completely decorated with Halloween!
Each season offers a different look at the Flower Park Konan!
It took about an hour to go around the park. It was autumn when we visited, so we thought there might not be many flowers and grasses, but we were able to enjoy more flowers and plants than we had imagined. It is truly a facility where you can enjoy flowers and plants from season to season.
You can also have a relaxing picnic on the lawn. You can also participate in events and workshops. You can also rent a bicycle and go cycling. This is a spot you definitely want to visit on a nice day. Please use this as a reference for your outings this weekend!
