​The Burger Stand -N's- , located a 3-minute walk from Ikeshita Station on the Nagoya and Higashiyama Subway Lines, is a gourmet hamburger store that opened in December 2017.

The owner Mr. Noritake says, "I wanted to make a career out of what I love. After graduating from a university in Tokyo, he trained at a restaurant before joining his parents' family business.

However, his strong desire to "do something on his own" led him to leave the family business and launch a gourmet hamburger restaurant. His passion for hamburgers seems to be extraordinary.

This time, we asked him about how he came to open the hamburger restaurant and about his commitment to the dishes.

What is The Burger Stand -N's-?

The Burger Stand -N's- is located on Nishiki-dori, a street where cars are constantly passing by. The chic-colored walls, pop colored chairs and blackboards on the terrace are impressive. The letter "N" in the name of the restaurant is the first letter of Noritake's name. It is the initial letter of the owner, Mr. Noritake.

About 30 kinds of hamburgers are available. of hamburgers as the main menu, and a wide variety of side dishes are also available. Hot sandwiches such as chicken burgers and hot dogs are available, as well as sides such as French fries and salads. Pancakes and sweets are also available for dessert.

A wide variety of dishes that can be used when having a party with friends. It seems to be good that it can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as stopping by alone or having fun with friends.

There are two floors.

For this interview, we spoke with her husband, Mr. Noritake. Mr. Noritake is full of playfullness. He says that there are usually many college students working part-time at his restaurant. We could feel the atmosphere of a friendly and enjoyable working atmosphere.

100% beef hamburger with no filler

N's Burger lunch set ¥ 1,480 (excluding tax)

This time, we had the most popular "N's Burger", which is also the store's signboard product, as a lunch set. The lunch set comes with your favorite hamburger + french fries (or your choice of onion ring fries) + fresh salad.

I would like to introduce three particular points.

The first is the patty, the main of the hamburger. The patty is made of 100% beef without using any binder, allowing you to enjoy the true flavor of the meat. The patty is made from a unique mixture of delicious lean beef and Japanese beef fat.

And the second is fresh vegetables that are delivered every day. It is fresh and crunchy.

And finally, the buns. The subtly sweetened buns are a perfect match with the patty.

The owner says that when you put a hamburger in your mouth, all the ingredients come together to form a single flavor. It is a work of art that is balanced throughout while paying close attention to each ingredient.

I took a bite and was surprised to find a sweetness that I had not expected. I wondered what it tasted like, and when I looked into the bun again, I found grilled pineapple, which added impact to the simply seasoned hamburger with BBQ sauce. This moment, the hamburger went from being a "good hamburger" to  "my favorite".

Some people are put off by the pineapple topping. But because it is a taste that can only be found at the restaurant, I hope you will give it a try.

Bacon cheeseburger ¥ 1,280 (excluding tax)

This is the second most popular bacon cheeseburger. The combination of bacon + patty + crunchy lettuce is everyone's favorite. The double meat of patty and bacon is especially recommended when you want to eat a lot. The aroma of crispy grilled bacon and the salty accent are good!

Avocado burger ¥ 1,130 (excluding tax)

This is the popular No. 3 avocado burger. The creamy texture of the avocado and the saltiness of the patty are a perfect match. Known as the butter of the forest, avocados are rich in antioxidant vitamin E. A gem that is supported by women.

The terrace outside the restaurant is pet-friendly, and we can look forward to sunny autumn days. It is also a good place to stop by on a warm sunny day on your way for a walk.
