Glamping-style outdoor BBQ facility "Link del mar" opens on Tokoname Rinkuu Beach!

On Saturday, April 23, 2022, the glamping style outdoor BBQ “Link del mar” opened on Rinku Beach in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture.

Only about 40 minutes by car from Nagoya city, it is a spot where you can feel as if you are traveling abroad.

The location is Minami Ryokuchi Square, which is directly connected to Rinku Beach in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture.

With the concept of "VACATION OF IBIZA", the interior of the facility is like a beach resort in a foreign country.

There is also a cafe inside the facility where you can casually enjoy food and drinks. Not only can you use the BBQ, but you can stop by and enjoy yourself while driving to Rinku Beach or swimming in the sea!

5 sites where you can enjoy the feeling of an overseas resort

Link del mar has five sites with different themes, ranging from casual outdoor activities to luxurious relaxing spaces. The private room site is an auto camp specification where you can park your car next to it, and some sites allow pets!

A "beach site" set up on a white sandy beach. This site is recommended for those who want to casually enjoy BBQ! Group use of 20 to 30 people is also possible.

Luxurious space "Grand dome site" overlooking the sea

We actually tried BBQ!

At Link del mar, you can enjoy four course menus with different grades.

The course menu includes a wide variety of meat and vegetables, as well as authentic gourmet dishes using Dutch ovens and wood planks that are enjoyed in America, the home of BBQ. In addition, the famous “Link del Paella” supervised by the Japanese champion of the International Paella Contest will appear on all courses.

There is also a selection menu that you can choose from a la carte items such as "Grilled Omar shrimp with aromatic herbs (3,300 yen)", "Domestic smoke roasted beef  (2,200 yen)", and "Beer can chicken (2,750 yen)".

This time, the Life Designs Editorial Team actually tried BBQ at "Link del mar"! (regular course)

First is the Romaine Lettuce Grilled Salad. Grill the romaine lettuce on the griller until they are browned. The salad is finished with dressing, nuts and bacons! It was a new kind of salad that tasted so good when the lettuce was grilled.

Next is "Seafood Ajillo". You can enjoy full-fledged ahijo just by putting it on the griller.

The ingredients are well prepared, so even those who are new to BBQ can rest assured! A detailed manual was also provided.

“Scallop Ankimo Butter” was particularly excellent. Since butter is also set, just put it on the griller as well!

The main course is "beef loin steak". This is also seasoned, so all you have to do is grill it to your liking!

Served with 2 kinds of sauce. The meat was tender and the sauce was perfect!

Authentic "roast chicken" using a Dutch oven. It looks difficult, but the ingredients are already set, so you can put the Dutch oven on top of the charcoal and it's done in about 15 minutes!

Meat is plump. It's surprising that you can eat such authentic meat dishes on BBQ.

Drink menu that will liven up BBQ

They have more than 30 kinds of drinks.

You can enjoy your own latte art just by selecting and printing your favorite photos from your smartphone. It's perfect for birthdays and anniversaries.
