At the freshly made corner of the direct sales store, you can try the freshly made spicy mentaiko made at the factory. When you put it in your mouth, it spreads fluffy. The taste is watery and completely different from the mentaiko you usually eat.

You can also purchase Kanefuku mentaiko products at the direct sales store. In addition to mentaiko and tarako (cod roe) with different sizes and flavors, there are plenty of rare products such as squid mentaiko, sardine mentaiko, and mentaiko coarsely ground sausage! All of them look delicious and it's hard to choose.

Nama-mentaiko mayonnaise 540 yen (tax included)

We will pick up a few products that we are interested in and introduce them here.

First is the "Nama-mentaiko Mayonnaise," which contains a generous 20% of raw cod roe. We actually purchased this product and can taste the mentaiko flavor better than the typical one. It is quite useful for dipping vegetables, dipping fries, etc!

This mentaiko motsunabe set allows you to enjoy the most popular menu item from the famous Tsukiji Fukutake restaurant directly managed by Kanefuku at home. Kanefuku's special "spicy mentaiko for motsu nabe" is used in abundance. The set also includes chanpon noodles that can be used to finish the dish, which is a nice touch.
