The wedding hall "Guest House Sakura Hills Kawakami Villa" is located along Route 21, about 5 minutes by car from Shin-unuma Station on the Meitetsu Inuyama Line and Unuma Station on the JR Takayama Line. At the far end of its vast 7,000 tsubo grounds is Sakura Table by the River, a café and restaurant with an outstanding location.

On the grounds, visitors can enjoy seasonal views while overlooking the Kiso River, and in spring, the area is famous for its cherry blossoms, with some 450 cherry trees, mainly Someiyoshino, and various other types of flowers in full bloom.

What is Sakura Table?

A café and restaurant with a sense of openness, surrounded by the natural beauty of a national quasi-national park on the banks of the scenic Kiso River.

With a spectacular view of the Kiso River and a stylish atmosphere, you can enjoy eye-catching dishes and drinks featuring seasonal ingredients during lunch and café hours.

It is a warm and welcoming house in the woods that is popular for natural-style weddings, after-parties, and private parties, and also for hosting events.

Sakura Table is located at the far end of the property.
The building visible from the street is the Guest House Sakura Hills Kawakami Villa.

The "Sakura no Chapel (cherry blossom chapel)," with its 180-year-old antique stained glass windows, is stunning.

The space is solemn and graceful, as it is a wedding hall, and you can enjoy the different space to the Sakura Table 150 meters away.

You can see that the area where the building is located alone is huge. If you include the garden, it is actually much larger!

The Sakura Table can be seen in the back from the parking lot in front of Sakura Hills Soshokan.

On the side of the large parking lot, there are many chairs of various kinds so that you can relax while looking at the river.

Cafe and restaurant where your ideal wedding comes true

Wood, dried flowers, and antique items create a fantastic and warm space.

It can be opened up as an open terrace for receptions and other events, allowing natural wind and light to enter the space and create a sense of openness.

Sakura Table offers the ideal small-group wedding. They can welcome you in as little as 2 weeks from application to the wedding.

Excellent! Monthly lunch with seasonal ingredients

The chef's special lunch menu changes between inside and terrace seating. Reservations are available only for in-restaurant lunches. Plate lunches on the terrace are limited in quantity, but you can relax and enjoy your lunch without worrying about the time.

The three recommended lunch pasta dishes are available with a choice of tomato, oil, or cream pasta sauce.

The menu changes monthly, and you can enjoy carefully prepared dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients such as freshly picked vegetables and fruits from their own farm.

Handmade rusk served as a service while waiting for lunch. The crispy snack-type rusks are delicious.

The colorful appetizer platter is all gently elegant, and the open sandwiches on rye bread are perfectly balanced with the ingredients. Salads and deli items with homemade dressings offer the simple taste of fresh ingredients.

The main dish, pasta, has a punchy oil sauce with lots of pork flavor and is unstoppably delicious!

There are two types of self-serve water. We are happy to have lemon-lime detox water!

Once a month, they also hold a "Special Lunch Day" event, a full-course lunch that is available by reservation only. Why not spend an elegant time with your loved one or reward yourself?

Relax on the terrace while enjoying the spectacular view and background music of nature.

The best terrace seats to enjoy the panoramic view of the Kiso River to the fullest, with the sound of the river flowing, birds chirping and insects singing, while feeling a pleasant breeze. You will lose track of time as you gaze leisurely at the river.
