HAPPA STAND

Next, we will pick up and introduce the HAPPA STAND menu that uses carefully selected tea leaves.

Matcha latte

Matcha latte (ice cream) ¥600 *You can choose milk or soy milk.

Of course, organic tea leaves are also used for “Matcha Latte”.

It's the first time I've ever had such a delicious matcha latte. The sweetness is also modest, so you can fully enjoy the umami of the tea leaves. It's nice to be able to choose the type of milk.

Roasted green tea latte

Houjicha latte (hot) ¥550 *You can choose milk or soy milk.

In the cold season, we recommend the “Hojicha Latte” to warm you up.

Fluffy milk and fragrant roasted tea are the best match. Because it is roasted at a high temperature and has little bitterness, it is refreshing to drink. It's a very soothing cup.

Matcha “Matsu” with fresh sweets ¥1,100
Matcha "Take" with fresh sweets ¥880
Matcha “Ume” with fresh sweets ¥770

There are three types of matcha: Matsu, Take, and Ume. Please choose according to your taste.

Matsu: We only use organic tencha that has the highest rank in both color and flavor and is carefully ground with a stone mill.
It is characterized by a strong sweetness that can be used as thick tea.
Take: Organic Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture, with a good balance of bitterness and sweetness.
Ume: Organic matcha made in Japan, with a stronger bitterness and green aroma than others.

tofu chocolate

Hojicha + Matcha Tofu Chocolate (4 pieces) ¥880 *Comes with a cup of today's OCHA (in-store only)

“Tofu Chocolate” can be enjoyed for a limited time only in autumn and winter.

Based on the concept of "Japanese-Western fusion", which is one of the concepts that HAPPA STAND cherishes, they combined traditional Japanese food "tea and soy milk" with chocolate.

Based on Belgian white chocolate, you can enjoy two types of tofu chocolate: “Deep”, which uses more than 16% of tea, and “Light”, which uses more than 7% of tea.

Sencha Tofu Ice Cream ¥600 *The photo is a cup for TOGO

“Sencha Tofu Ice Cream” is recommended for the hot season.

Both organic matcha and organic sencha are used luxuriously. By adding sencha, it has a refreshing aroma and taste. The stabilizer is also guar gum, which is naturally derived from cluster beans, so you can enjoy delicious ice cream with peace of mind.

The next goal is a set meal made only with HAPPA STAND products.

Finally, we asked about future prospects.

Yosuke: “My goal for the next 10 years is to create a classic Japanese set meal using only HAPPA STAND products. After tea, I am thinking of rice or soybeans. If you have soybeans, you can make miso, soy sauce, soy meat, natto, etc. If you have rice, soybeans, and tea, you can make a classic Japanese set meal.

I can't protect the world, but at least I want to provide safe food to my friends and HAPPA STAND customers. ”

Thank you to everyone at HAPPA STAND.

HAPPA STAND has become a hot topic in recent years. Many of you must have seen their products in stores. In the background, there was a hidden desire to "convey authentic Japanese culture" and "deliver food that can be eaten with peace of mind."

I would like you to actually experience the deliciousness of tea and the beauty of the cups at the concept shop of HAPPA STAND. Please come and visit them.
