"Chinese Restaurant Dynasty" on the 3rd floor of "Hilton Nagoya" has been completely renovated and reopened.

In this issue, we provide a report on the preview!

The interior of the restaurant is unified with a modern Chinese décor characterized by warm reddish-brown tones, based on the theme of the black hardness of Shanghai bricks (Shanghai antique bricks) and pottery or potteries such as Tokoname ware, which is famous in the region.

Lunch buffet report

The lunch has been reborn as a buffet style where you can enjoy more than 25 types of authentic Chinese cuisine, including popular warm dishes, dim sum such as xiao long bao, and desserts. (*The menu changes depending on the season.)

The tofu mousse was especially delicious. Eat the tuna tartare first, then mix the whole mousse. There is Dynasty's special Peking duck rolls too!

Authentic Szechuan Bean Curd

Next, we moved on to the hot dishes section.

"Authentic Szechuan Bean Curd" is, as the name suggests, Szechuan! It has a punch of numbness and spiciness, but it's delicious, and once you try it, you'll be addicted to it.

Shrimp chili sauce

"Shrimp Chili Sauce" is a traditional recipe that has been passed down since the restaurant opened. The balance of sweetness and spiciness is exquisite, and it is firmly entwined with the plump shrimp.

Fried rice with green Szechuan pickles

Fried rice, crab egg, and other dishes are made with cage-free eggs, the use of which is being actively increased from the Hilton's overall efforts to promote perspective of "animal welfare."

Chinese porridge with dried scallops

There are 8 kinds of toppings for “Chinese porridge with dried scallops”!

It's full of umami as it is, but please enjoy your favorite combination.

There are also 3 types of dim sum: “steamed shrimp gyoza”, “char siu pork buns”, and “xiaolongbao”! It's nice to be able to have just-cooked hot food in Seiro anytime. Of course, refills are available!

"Char siu pork buns" had a soft and warm dough, and inside was filled with umami-rich stuffing. The plumpness of steamed shrimp dumplings and the sizzling soup of xiao long bao are all served hot.

Desserts can be served at each table.

On this day, there are 4 types of desserts: Chinese tea canelé, egg tart, almond tofu, and peach compote using Chinese sake. The Chinese tea canelé was particularly excellent. The scent of jasmine tea spreads gently and goes well with Chinese tea.

The lineup changes depending on the day, so one of the things to look forward to is what kind of dessert you can come across!

For those who wish to savor Chinese cuisine at a leisurely pace, course meals are also recommended!

The "Premium Order Buffet (Adult ¥16,500)" is also available only during dinner hours (17:30 - 21:00 L.O. 19:30) on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You can taste as many premium ingredients as you like, such as abalone, swallow's nest, and Peking duck.
