Horiuchi Park is a green and spacious park in Anjo City. Admission is free, and the fee-based playground equipment such as the Ferris wheel is reasonably priced at 50-100 yen! What is Horiuchi Park?

"Cycle monorail" allows you to take a walk in the air in Horiuchi Park. You can enjoy cycling with various characters, and you can also see the pond and flower beds! 50 yen per person, free for children under 3 years old.
Train "Märchen-go" with a maximum capacity of 45 people. It was installed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the municipal organization and the 10th anniversary of the opening of the park. You can pass through the forest and enjoy the fountain of Yasuragi no Ike. 100 yen per person, free for children under 3 years old.
"Battery cars" are very popular among small children. It is near the Children's Circuit. Each ride costs 50 yen per person.

Boasting a height of 35m, the "Ferris wheel" is the most popular paid playground equipment in Horiuchi Park. From the top, you can see the scenery of Anjo city. I actually got on the Ferris wheel! (For the first time in decades...!)
Buy a ticket first. Ferris wheel is 100 yen per person. The retro vending machine is so cute that you just want to take a picture.
Let's go to the Ferris wheel. I have loved Ferris wheels since I was a child, but I haven't had many opportunities to ride one since I became an adult, so this is the first time I've been on one in a long time. While throbbing, I climb the stairs.
As you go up the stairs, there are mysterious characters on the railing. There were characters in red and green.

I asked the staff which direction the city of Anjo could be seen from, and they told me that the city of Anjo was spread out in the back of the photo. The staff told me that the Shinkansen bullet train could also be seen, which made me even more excited!
