"GLITCH COFFEE" in Jinbocho, Tokyo Opens in Nagoya area

The first floor houses GLITCH COFFEE, a coffee shop open to everyone. This is the first store to open in Nagoya, following two stores in Tokyo.

As the shop's concept says, "We offer a valuable cup of coffee for a limited time," they are particular not only about roasting and extraction, but also about the entire process, including origin, farm, refining method, and variety of coffee. They offer a valuable cup of coffee that conveys the true character of the coffee beans.

All coffees are hand-drip, single origin (* means coffee that has not been blended). You choose the beans you like and each cup is carefully brewed in front of you.

There were also rare varieties.

We tried a "3 TYPES COFFEE" to compare three different coffees. The tasting notes include the origin, plantation, and refining method.

It is different from the coffee you are used to drinking, with a clean, fruity taste in the mouth and no bitterness. This is delicious! By roasting single origin coffees shallowly, you can taste the differences in flavor from region to region, and even the subtle differences from farm to farm.

If you're not a coffee person, we recommend a café latte. It has a clean and fruity taste.

There are also coffee beans and drip packs that are great gifts.

The store is also equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets. The shop is open from 7:00 a.m. in the morning, so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee before going to work.
