The Most Distinctive Feature are the "Play Leaders"
Who Received Training from Bornelund
Play Leaders are not "instructors," but rather they are there to support the children by watching what they are thinking and what they are trying to do, and by drawing out their desire to try things out. It's like a leader who invites you to play in a group in a natural way and gives you interesting hints on how to play.
They are also child-rearing supporters for moms and dads, helping them to naturally realize new ways of interacting with their children and being there for them to talk to about daily child-rearing issues.
