"MORETHAN BAKERY" where you can enjoy about 50 kinds of bread
One of the attractions of THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku is that it has a bakery attached to it. The bakery is run by "MOTHERS," the same company behind the very popular "Boulangerie Bistro EPEE" in Kichijoji.
About 50 kinds of breads are available every day, ranging from hard-type breads such as baguettes and campagnes to sweet breads and danishes. Of course, the bakery is open to non-guests as well, making it an at-home bakery you will want to visit every day, even though it is located within the hotel.
A variety of international breads such as bagels, grissini, and brioche are lined up. The lineup is unique to THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, where 90% of the guests are from overseas. Sandwiches for a quick breakfast are also popular since the bakery is located on the first floor of the hotel.
"MORETHAN TEA STAND" is located next to the bakery. They offer tea drinks that lavishly use tea leaves from the part of the tea called the tip of the young shoots. Other recommended items include chai, made with carefully selected premium spices simmered with time and care, and tea soda, a homemade tea syrup made with the world's oldest flavors.
Everyone was enjoying bread and tea in the welcome space.
