Enjoy a two-day, one-night retreat

15:00 Check-in

15:30 Relax while looking at the sea

17:00 Sunset yoga

Relax yoga while watching the sunset. Feel the sound of the wind and the smell of the season with your whole body!

19:00 Dinner

You can make BBQ and pizza in the garden, or order the special catering as an option. For catering, you can arrange catering according to your wishes, such as a vegan chef or an Italian chef coming to the inn and cooking (*advance preparation required).

22:00 Meditation before going to bed

Meditation for relaxing sleep. In an extraordinary space, you can also reflex yourself.

07:00 Yoga/Meditation

Morning yoga and meditation while bathing in the morning sun. You can spend the day feeling refreshed.

08:00 Breakfast

Breakfast is optional, as is dinner. The optional breakfast menu proposes a breakfast centered on Japanese food that warms the body. You can enjoy a simple and healthy breakfast, using vegetables from garden with lots of love.

A simple yet hearty breakfast made with seasonal vegetables and seasonings.

09:00 Activity (SUP)

You can also enjoy SUP and kayaking activities in Mikawa Bay right in front of you. (SUP rental starts from 3,000 yen for 90 minutes). You can also rent a bicycle, rent a car, and personal yoga.

10:00 Check-out
